Echoing (kind of) entropy1049, I recently tried Proraso Blue in a tube and it was super rich and super kind to my skin. Has Vitamin E and Aloe in it as well as glycerin (I think). Anywaay, face lathered VERY well and really was slick for several passes with a little water refresh.

Mike, yes, I have tried that and found it of quality. I am not fond of eucalyptus, however, and all Proraso products are heavy with it. Even though Santa Maria Novella has some eucalyptus, the cream is of such high quality, with a lot of natural ingredients for sensitive skin, that I put up with the minimal eucalyptus.
