How can you tell if a soap is tallow based?

It is typically listed in the ingredients as Sodium Tallowate and/or Potassium Tallowate.

Cella is another Tallow soap that I feel is up there with Tabac and is pretty inexpensive as well.

Like Tabac, but in my opinion, what Tabac could be taken up a few notches:
Aqua Di Parma
Beautiful, very expensive stuff, glad I tried it. Would I pay for it again? No, Tabac does fine by me, but ADP is sublime....

Try and find the ingredients list and look for Sodium Tallowate, Tallow Acid, Potassium Tallowate, Tallow or Tallowate to be mentioned near the beginning of the list. Originally Posted by Neckbone
