    Default Mitchel's Wool Fat

It was on my front porch when I got home and I gave it a shot just a few minutes ago. I had no problem getting it to lather and got my best shave yet with it (Newbie here) since I started with a SR. I have only been shaving w/SR for about a month now. Definitely worth the money IMO.

I'm sure this product has been discussed a gazillion times but wanted to share my experience with it. Read good and bad reviews buy I give it 5 Stars!!!

You'll think it's even more worth the money when you see how slowly the puck shrinks with use.

All of my pucks shrink slowly but MWF is great stuff! When I moved to MN I found that it did not like the local hard water but I fixed that with distilled water. Eventually I'll get around to installing that water softener before we move again!

I've always like this soap and it as a great scent.

Love the fresh, clean scent. Even with my hard water I get a great lather.

    Gentlemen,

I have always liked Mitchell's Wool Fat, liked everything about it, and although I don't use it regularly, a puck of it has a permanent home in the shave den.

It is a great shaving soap.

That said, I gave several MWF Bath bars for Christmas. Every one loves the feel of their skin after a shower. It is much better than Oil of Olay or Dove with Shea. Also, the Bath bars are huge.

I wonder if the Bath bars would make a good lather? I will have to try this.
