Most makers of soap dishes for shaving do not have covers for them. If you want the cats meow Georgetown Pottery makes a covered dish just right for soaps in their usual patterns. As I recall they call them butter dishes.

Worked fine if you grate it first:
home-made-shaving-sticks-again.
Works fine for me.
I also found that if your shaving bowl is a bit rough inside, and really heated with hot water, the stick may be rubbed into it after draining, and a hot wet brush will give a great amount of lather.

I have found that glass covered sugar bowls work well for many of the hard soaps I use. And they look really classy too when lined up.
Unsure how it would be for Cella.
Here's a view of the bowls I use... Good luck.

Hello to All,
I cut the Cella brick into ca. 200 g chunks, and bung the chunks into these Klip Lok containers :
Sainsbury's
They have a hermetic seal, and are freezer safe (which is where I store the containers that are awaiting use).
There is enough space in them to load the brush as you would a conventional hard soap.
Have fun
Best regards
Russ
