If you get some (highly recommended by me too - one of my faves) and encounter difficulty getting a great lather, there are some good tips here. For me, my brushes, and the water here, the advice to soak the puck was particularly useful. I don't do everything suggested here, but play around with them and I'm sure you'll find the magic formula that works for you.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Nice soap that lasts a good-long while...
After my first puck I was glad I'd tried it and ready for something else.
