I left it soaking in a mug with my brush, loaded it and went straight to face lather. First time I have face lathered and it came out pretty awesome, thick and cushiony.I leave it at the girlfriends house so I can shave there and save my nice soaps and creams for home. I currently ordered a tub of Omega soap to be my everyday soap replacing the Williams because I've read and watched some reviews on that. Thanks again guys.
Good for you that you worked it out. I still can't bring myself to attach the word "awesome" to a description of Williams lather. Then again YMMV in this shaving game.

Note I said pretty awesome, not fully awesome. More awesome in the sense I got it to work. So I was proud. lol !

Yes, it is an accomplishment of no mean proportions when you can get Williams to cough up a workable lather. I will leave you to bask in your well deserve glory.

You can try shaving outside where more things are available to induce a lather, but cover your ears and use an old shaving bowl.

There is a reason why most of the better online shaving stores don't sell it. You don't get a second chance at a first impression.
