I'll second the Saponificio Varesino Won't give up MDC but I got this stuff and it's great. I still like the scent of MDC. But this stuff will give as good a lather as anything. Tc

Which one do you have? They have 4 different ones, I have Manna, Felce Aromatica, and Flying Mango.

Fantastic soaps! Easy lather, great scents and lasts a long time.

Not only that but they actually produce lather that works with SRs. I find a lot of the current popular artisan soaps to be lacking in the slickness department big time.

Agreed. Also, you can use a floppy silvertip brush with these soaps and produce outstanding lather. I use all three of their current soaps in rotation; my other soaps are becoming neglected (but, I have a son that can make use of those).

Not sure I don't read Italian but here's a pic of it ,, was not aware of different scents but I will try , this stuff is very good, and my stable of soaps are all very good but this one really fits in with expensive soaps very well at a great price! ( I got it as a gift from my friend Roy). Tc

You're gonna love it. That scent is in the middle for me, I really enjoy it a lot. Here are their three scents:

    • Dolomiti
    • Manna di Sicilia
    • Felce Aromatica

You have Dolomiti, I have not tried this one so I can't comment on the scent. The other three I have smell great. My Manna makes my bathroom smell really nice, it definitely beats MDC in scent strength. Both sit right next to each other and are both open.

There is a fourth one made for another forum as an LE soap. It is called Flying Mango. Also very nice and smells awesome.
