That's the OP's own website. Does he still do retail? I was under the impression he had gotten out of the business.

It's been a few months since I've purchased anything from them, but the site seems active. Just follow the ordering instructions or email them.

I don't think it is resurrected until it is once again available where it used to be. I don't want to get hooked on something hard to find so I would recommend not searching the ends of the earth for it.
