Hopchugger and Dimab, thanks for sharing!
I wholly agree about Manuel being nice person to do business with--he has been very personable and responsive in all respects.
I'm curious about the agarwood scent, as it's one I totally unfamiliar with...sounds like it'll be an interesting one to try if Manuel sends a sample.
I'll also post my impressions of the soaps and balms I ordered as well...am figuring my order is also about 2 weeks out from arriving.

Congratulations on buying the four scents and balms and I am sure you'll enjoy them. Have fun!

Hopefully this week, I'll have Rossa Bourbon and Ylang Ylang arriving after so far, a rather long wait....but from everything I've read about these soaps, sounds like they are destined to the first Tier......let us know what you select.

Andrew, I went for the Fougère, Ylang Ylang, Dama de Noche, and Rosa Bourbon tallow soaps and balms.
I'm guessing it'll be a couple weeks before they arrive, and I'll post my impressions. Am with you in thinking these will be top performers!
BTW, saw you nabbed LPL's tallow Oud-Santal in the BST: It's an excellent soap, and I hope it works well for you!

An incredibly handsome, articulate, James Bondesque gentleman of the finest caliber, I even think he won a Nobel Peace Prize, as well as having several hits on the BillBoard 100, a best selling author, who plays a mean blue grass trombone, as well as being able to scale walls and crush ice with his bare hands, was kind enough to gift me a tin.
I heard he even defended a small Amazon Village from an attack of ferocious army ants with nothing but a hoe and a glass of water!?!
If I was worthy, I would be forever in his debt....

I've had a couple of Manuel's soaps for the past year or so, Tierra Humeda and Brisa de Oriente, and they are both 1st class soaps. Once I finish off some of my existing soaps, I'll definitely order some more.
