    Default Jabonman - Eufros Recommendations

Looking for light, summertime Jabonman/Eufros scent recommendations, please.

Here are the tallow ones I'm looking at, and it would be awesome if you can add a quick description of some of the scents below.

    - Fougère
    - Ylang Ylang
    - Dama de Noche
    - East Breeze

    Thanks!

From the scents you have listed, I would go with the Dama de Noche and Ylang Ylang as they are the 'ligher' scents of the four, but Fougere is also very nice as it is quite a light fougere scent and not a deep earthy type of fougere. However, YMMV, as always.
Personally, you should just get all four as his new tallow-based soaps are superb!

Dama de Noche = Jasmine-type (floral) scent
Ylang Ylang = ylang ylang + patchouli + orange
East Breeze = think oriental spice scent; clove, cinnamon, cardamon,
    Fougere = light fougere scent

Thank you for your input, Celestino--very much appreciated!

I ordered Manuel's Fougère, Ylang Ylang, Dama de Noche, and Rosa Bourbon tallow soaps along with their balms...in for a penny in for a pound (or Euro in this case).

I'm really looking forward to taking his tallow formulations for a test drive--from what I've seen here and elsewhere, they've all received high praise.

I have to agree with my friend Celestino in every regard as i was about to post the same impressions. I think you will like the Rosa Bourbon, I'm not usually a "rose guy" but this is quite nice. You will certainly love the performance of them all.

    Dan, thanks for your input!

I'm really looking forward to trying them out! I'll likely also at minimum order Manuel's Sandalwood and East Breeze as well, after I take his soaps for a test drive.

Manuel's tallow soaps are in a different league from his previous formulations.

    1. Rosa Bourbon with pure essential rose oil is the best rose scent you'll ever find.

    2. If you like Sandalwood, Manuel's is hard to beat.

You can't go wrong with any of his tallow soaps, it's just finding the scents that you prefer. His aftershave milks are also nice

    Richard, thanks for your input!

Your, Celestino, and Dan's recommendations speak volumes, and I'm looking forward to trying Manuel's tallow formulations along with his aftershave milks!

Am hoping he can throw in a few samples of the scents I didn't order so that I see if they'll work for me.

His tallow soaps are awesome! I particularly like the controversial Agarwood scent. I think a lot of people expected an Oud, but he didn't go Agar resin, he went with the wood and it smells like my Dad's wood shop. Heavenly to me!

I've just ordered East Breeze, Fougère, and Rosa Bourbon soaps, and Sandalwood balm a few days ago. Hope to receive them within a fortnight - will report on my impressions.
It's the first time I'm ordering something from Eufros, and I have to say Manuel is a very nice chap to do business with.

I've been a fan of Manuel's soaps for four years, and Agar is the only scent I haven't care for. However, if I do a couple of swirls on Rose or Sandalwood first, then go to the Agar puck, the combination is very nice.
