    Gentlemen,

Forgive me for joining the conversation so late. I came home from the hospital yesterday. For some reason, I could not pull in SRP on my iPad. Go figure.

I confess I have not tried the new Pre de Provence. I did like the scent on the old one. I found the soap to be good, nothing remarkable, and the scent quite pleasant. I don't recall how the soap lathered, whether it took a lot of work or not, but my impression of it is that it did its job.

The new scent is quite different, a little stronger. It is a hard soap but lathers well for me. I wouldn't say it's top tier, nor a workhorse...another middle of the road good performer. I like the new scent, but I'll leave it to Earcutter or someone with a better nose to describe it.
