Thanked: 586It Was Only A Matter of Time
When I bought a tube of Tom's of Maine shave cream, I couldn't help but notice how similar it looked to the Tom's tooth paste. I never used the Tom's shave cream but it was standing in the corner there next to the Proraso:
So this morning, Mr. Toes (the evil polydactyl orange tabby) was up on my shave den shelf, right there in my hallowed space messing around with those things that normal, benevolent felines would never dream of disturbing. So the evil wretch knocked over the Tom's tube I had never used. With no consideration and very little panache, that fur bearing stool sample left the Tom's shave cream lying on its side in close proximity to my Tom's of Maine Fennel toothpaste. Having completely forgotten that I even owned a tube of Tom's of Maine shave cream, I simply picked up the tube uncapped it and squeezed a bead out onto my toothbrush. I wasn't that quick on the uptake. I didn't figure out why the toothpaste tasted a bit off until I tried rinsing my mouth after brushing and found my mouth all frothy. It was two hours and three sticks of gum before I no longer tasted the soap. Well, I still use foul language.
Here's proof of Mr. Toes' truly evil nature:

LOL about the toothpaste. Thanks for the link ! I love cats. That orange tabby looks great. Here is my boss.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I know it sucks happeining to YOU, but to ME, that's really funny.
I had a demonic cat, too. We were all pretty sure she was evil. She would sit there and purr, and you''d be gently stroking her, then WHAM, slash and scatter....
I "lost" her in a divorce. Her and my condo.
