Default Question about storing multiple soaps?

im sure almost everybody here has more than one puck that they use on a weekly basis depending on the scent they prefer for that shave session. my question is, where do you store your shaving soaps? do you have a soap dish for each shaving soap piled up? if so, doesnt that take up a lot of space? im thinking about investing in some mama bear brands and other scents ive been wanting to get my hands on. i just dont know how im suppose to store all these when i decide to use them, unless im suppose to buy a dish for all of them. thank you

Mama Bears soaps come in containers with screw on tops. They store one on top of the other. Good stuff too.

The scuttle is for keeping your lather warm. You fill the bottom portion with hot water, which will warm the top portion. You load up your brush with soap, then make your lather in the bowl/top of the scuttle. There is a shave den post that has a lot of good ideas for storing things, from small collections to huge troves. http://straightrazorpalace.com/brush...den-again.html

Those are the vintage style scuttles that are designed for having hot water to soak the brush in at the bottom... Those are drain holes for the soap..
The scuttles that are being referred to by most of the guys in this post are the Moss style that have a sealed lather cup with the hot water enveloping that cup inside the scuttle.. Two different styles for two different styles of lather making...
There is much more to lather making than meets the eye, and you can take it to the extremes as with everything else in shavedom

This is a pic of a vintage scuttle, complete with a puck of Williams in the top

The newer style of scuttle can be gotten fairly easily (moss, georgetown, dirtybird). The older style might be found on ebay or at an antique store. The newer style can be somewhat customized as well. I tried my hand at making one out of oven baked clay, but it didn't turn out so well. I'm obviously no good with clay and it just didn't have the strength to weight ratio to be very useful. I've seen other ways to keep lather warm without a scuttle here at SRP, the most recent being a crock pot. Well, I guess a crock pot would still be a scuttle, technically.
