Thread: What's your favorite flavor?

Come on, we've all done it. Gotten a little lather on our mouths or lips, and then gotten a taste of it. So which cream or soap that you've tasted is your favorite flavor? Which one tastes the best? I've only tasted the two I use regularly, TOBS Avacado and Proraso, and the TOBS tastes a little metalic, like unflavored chapstick without the hint of sweetness. The Proraso tastes better, a little sweet, without much flavor.

Col. Conk Almond tastes like marzipan with soap in it, guess they use real almond extract.

Actually, no I haven't. But I can tell you that aluminum sulfate (stiptic pencil) tastes horrible.

I have never really paid any attention to the taste of my lather, but I don't mind the alum block, I will often lick my lips to get just a little whiff of it.

Alum block is also horribly bitter. I bet it's pretty toxic too, so just as well it tastes bad.

+1 on the Almond, I have some Truefitt Almond....

I never payed much attention to the taste of my shave cream. I did however drink Aqua Velva shave lotion to get a buzz when I was out at sea . It's been so long ago I can't remember if I enjoyed it or not. Since I only had it once I guess it wasn't too good.

Alum is not aluminum sulfate. Alum (hydrated potasium aluminum sulfate) is actually used as a pickling spice and in water treatment so I doubt that it is very toxic.
