Just made a purchase from Connaught.

Got the MWF in the ceramic dish -~$20 !!!! That's a deal right there!

Also went for a bowl of the DR Harris Arlington, as I've been meaning to try it, and the town I live in is also named Arlington, so that somehow justifies everything...... Harris in a bowl was also ~$20

Total, including shipping was under $60.

I'll go to Shaving Essentials for Tabac (can never have too much...) in the Tabac dish, and perhaps a tube or two of Wars cream....

Unless, of course I decide to throw some money at a puck of this stuff that Loudeecat is pushing as of late...

    can't believe I forgot to mention shavingshop.com

It's run by John Crowley (of this forum) and you'll be hard pressed to find better customer service. John is a gentleman and will hook you up with whatever you need.

If we weren't such a gentlemanly crowd, we'd probably be at blows over soaps and creams...

That C&S is calling me, as well. For tabac, if you are looking, you might try Discount Perfume,Discount Cologne and Discount Fragrances at FragranceX.com. They usually have it for about 18.99, which isn't the cheapest, BUT they offer free worldwide shipping (use the coupon code Free at checkout) which makes it pretty darned cheap. They also have the puck for 7.99...with free shipping? Out of sight.

You actually sent me a free little puck of these soaps with my Gotta that you sold to me a little while ago. I still haven't used it because I have a ton of Soaps and creams. Maybe I should try it though .

The Gotta is still amazing BTW.

I hate to blurt this out like this, but I don't know how to say it with smoothness and sweet salemanship. I'm having less and less patience with soap and now look forward with great anticipation every morning to squeezing my soap out of a tube.

And my new squeezable soap shibboleth is... a little dab'll do ya. Catchy huh?

All from one source, with about the best prices I've seen on each.

They've never backordered me, fast shipping, and every order I get a hand-written thank-you note on beautiful card stock, plus a free sample of something nice.

One of the hassles of having odd personal grooming tastes is the number of different places I have to do little mail orders with to keep myself stocked. When it comes to soaps, being able to buy from one place is nice for a change.
Yes! that so true, this could be my words....

Today I got this from shavingessential:
    PdP Shaving Soap in tin
    IK Shaving Soap 14.25
    PS Shaving Soap
PdP empty tin (got me some empty tins)
    + loads of samples

I am a dog for the french soaps.

Heads up for shavingessential they do carry lots of god soaps and creams and they are a pleasure to do business with, - but I'm sure you find that most shops have a huge variety of soaps and creams..

    Good luck picking one out
