It's not bad at all, but not every B&BW sells it, unfortunately. The one in my town doesn't (of course) but the one an hour away does. For those of you who like it, check out Omega cream also. Very similar (also made by Proraso) and the Omega sells for a bit less on E-bay. One guy is selling the large tubes for $7 or so now. I actually prefer the scent of Omega a bit more, although the difference is minimal.

Cream me!
I was in S.F. today at the Westfield mall, and wandered in to the Bath and Body Works. It is a large store, but the men's section was VERY small.
Anyway, I picked up a tube of this cream, and will use it tomorrow. It has a nice smell .... I look forward to shaving with it.
See ya,
Steve
P.S.
It is a good buy for the price ... only $10.00 ... not bad.Last edited by antioch510; 08-30-2009 at 06:13 AM. Reason: missspppeellinggg

Ah went w/ the big tube, they make a smaller travel size for $5, you'll love the stuff there is better out there but for the price and ease of finding this stuff it is damn good
should be mentioned that it contains menthol so you might feel a light cooling sensation (I thought I was having an allergic reaction the fist time)

I like combining Proraso with Tabac as well. That makes a nice combination. The Proraso is a very good cooling cream... a little too cooling for use in some areas IMO

My son and i wondered the mall on Friday to kill some time and i went in the B&BW store and bought the $5 tube of Bigelow, shaved with it yesterday and i loved it. I was using Williams Mug soap so this was a facial treat to use,the Menthol was alarming at first then refreshing (thought i was having a reaction LOL) highly recommend it.

Welcome topherloaf!
You seem to be familiar w/ creams already are you a wetshaver? Do you use a DE (double edge)razor? Since you signature suggests the use of a gillette red tip.
If you have any questions feel free to ask and be sure to check out the wiki for all kinds of great advise

Yes I already am a wet shaver. I currently own 2 Gillete Red Tips that I use every day, I'm trying to sell my D1 superspeed and I'm waiting on my first straight razor in the mail. A Jim Slick with bakelite scales. My favorite cream is the aformentioned Bigelow cream which is why I posted here. I swear by this cream. I also use TOBS lavender, avacado, and when it's really hot out here in Texas...I bust out My Time Bath and Body's Menthol 10. Phew!!!! Hardcore! However, for the price and quality of a daily shave, if I had to be stuck with one cream, I'd pick C.O. Bigelow. I've posted a few qustions since this first input and I'm hoping to pick up some cheap straights on the bay to restore the handles and ship off the blades. I'm excited!!!!
