Thread: Got the first part of my sampler

So I ordered the Ogallala Bay Rum Soap Sampler (BR Limes and Peppercorns, BR Lemograss, BR, BR Sage and Cedar, BR Sandalwood) with the Cologne and they threw in Limes and Peppercorns A/S and Regular A/S. I also received a sample of the P160, which is my favorite. Samples of Nancy Boy signature, T & H Grafton, 1805 and Trafalger.

I am giddy as a school boy. I can't wait for the other half to get here.

Now that's a great set of samples! I love the BRL&P myself...in fact, I think I'll use it today - it's been a long time... Never tried the Sage & Cedar - sounds interesting. I do like the BR & Sandalwood combination, too...

I'm tempted with the Ogalalla, I may contact them to find out how much is to ship it abroad....

I ordered their Bay Rum Bonanza yesterday. Can't wait to received and try it on. I think I'll shave as soon as it arrives by mail.

+1 on all the Ogallala stuff my personal fav. is the BR & sandalwood AS and the "special reserve " Cologne. I wish they had the special reserve with sandalwood that would really be good stuff. Oh, I like their shave soaps too haven't gotten to the other stuff yet but if they're like the rest they will be worth having.

Interesting to note.

The A/S and the Cologne DO NOT appear to have the same ingredients. The A/S appears to have a oil blend and the Cologne lists each individual oil. They certainly smell different.

I prefer the cologne over the A/S and will probably use it as such as it appears that is the only difference.

FWIW, btw the BR L & P A/S I do not care for, but I will see if they have it in a cologne, mayhaps the difference in individual oils vs. blends will make a difference.

This may be off topic, but does ogallala have a sample pack that you can order? I can't find it on their website.

Yes that is the website that they use. They live in the middle of OK so I assume that they have dial up or a really slow connection.

Also do not forget the cologne sample for a penny. They threw in the L & P A/S and the BR A/S as freebies so you never know what you are going to get.
