Thanked: 14This is my favorite soap. Just used it this evening. I wish I would have bought the bowl. I got the wooden bowl from MB thinking the soap would fit. It does not. Just sits on top of the bowl.
Ironically, I have been spending the day trying to find other soaps with scents similar to the cade. Also, looking at what other products from L'O have the same scent and have gotten good reviews.
Sometimes I just throw hot water on this soap to get the smell in bathroom. I have lots of soaps, but this is my favorite (scentwise) by a long shot.

This is my bowl after a few months. It looks how I would expect it to look!
It looks tarnished where the soap has been. But how else should it appear. No sign of rust.Last edited by Fido; 11-22-2009 at 11:23 AM. Reason: Spelling

Brilliant pic, I just purchased one of these last week before reading this post and was a little nervous.
The outside of the bowl appears the same as it would new, and I would expect some residue and discoloration to appear inside the bowl where the soap has been. I'm sure it could be cleaned prior to putting in a new puck if you wanted.

Thanks for uploading the picture Fido! I might have to go and finally pick up the soap and bowl tomorrow.
