OK, so that explains why soaps can be so expensive! I've always wondered........

Wasn't it in "Fight Club" where they said Human Fat made the best soap?
In the movie, and again, it was a movie, They stole fat from Lyposuction places...
I'm sure it's incinerated, rather than just tossed out like they did in the picture.
Seems like a better idea than murder....We have assumed control !
