    Default Instead of a scuttle

    I was wonder if anyone has tried the coffee mug warmer to keep there cream warm, instead of a scuttle.

    Some guys recently suggested a candle warmer and a baby food warmer, so that would probably be good as well.

    Careful with it it can make things to hot and dry out your lather.

    Yep, that's what I use. I set a mug filled with very hot water on it and pop in a brush before showering. As mentioned, you may have to add a little water as you go but it keeps things nice and hot. Feels gooooood on my head

    How about if i use a bowl of water then put my cream bowl into the water? An electric powered scuttle! LOL

    that would awesome does it have a temp control knob so you can get it just right then never mess with it again

    No temp control. I bought one at job lot plus a bowl that will fit the heating plate. Large enought to fit my cream bowl inside of. I will try it tonight and let you know.

    Well i tried it tonight. Very nice. I placed my bowl inside another with a little water. Keep it warm. Next time i will try it with out the other bowl.

    Keep us updated on this, I've been thinking of doing this myself. My sister-in-law give me a warmer some years ago, which at the time seemed pretty dumb so I ended up throwing it out. Guess who the dummy is now.
