I agree totally. These people went out of their way to help me when I was having trouble placing my order. They also called and explained to me when they were out of one of the scents I ordered, giving me the option to wait for the ordered scent, or opt for another. Their customer service is top notch.

Just made my first purchase...Rosewood Shaving Soap and Shaving Dish, and Extra Moisturizing Natural Shaving Soap - Select Scent: Sweet Almond. Can't wait to give it a try...just had to order after reading all the great reviews... Now if we can get them to open more stores (Like in the St. Louis area) ....

well just ordered the almond soap with the wooden dish plus an extra rose wood soap. this thread just hooked me, i had just ordered six pucks from susie bubbles a little bit ago now my soap collection in iraq is starting to equal my collection back home. it would be easier to not buy so much soap if it didnt smell so good

I placed the same order you did (plus some slimey bath oil for my wife) and learned that the rose wood is out of stock and won't be ready until sometime in July. I went with the eucilypsis instead. By the way, I love your user name!

Just got my order today and they both smell wonderful. Can't wait to shave in the morning. The only problem will be deciding which scent to try first.

i'm glad someone else has finally received their soap.. so far i'm the only one who has really enjoyed this soap.. i gave my brother in law half of my eucalyptus puck and he says it keeps dissipating on his face.. i'm hoping i'm not some freak who it works well for and everyone else has problems.. please give your opinions in the morning..

i talked to felix today and he said he'll have the clove scent for me by monday.

I used my eucalyptus for the first time today (loved the scent) and I had a little trouble keeping a good lather, but it was my first time ever building a lather so that's likely my problem.

I got it good enough to shave with though, and it left my face smoother than my gillette aerosol junk, so I'm liking it! I think I'll try my almond puck next.
