Thanked: 240I also like TOBS, although the lather isn't my favorite and I'm told it isn't the most true to "real" sandlewood scent it reminds me of my fathers old shaving soap back before my father went to canned foam. So it's filled with old memories for me and I'll always have a puck on hand.

I have only tried Geo F. Trumpers but I think it is very good! I am looking forward to trying others. Does Al make a Sandalwood cream?

oh btw AOS came out with oil colognes and I had the sandalwood sprayed on me.. now usually I wear Very Sexy from Victorias Secret (ladies LOVE it) but omfg this oil cologne last alllllll day! from 12pm to 12am. And I live in Texas. 100+ degree weather + walking + mall + food store, and then home. For it to last all that and still smell like fresh wood had me really appreciating their new colognes. 2 Thumbs Up!

It is very expensive, but I must agree with you on this. The AOS Sandalwood Essential Oil Cologne is one of the best scents I have ever smelled. I sprayed it on my arm in the store and I literally walked around for the rest of the day smelling my arm. I kept putting my arm in my GF's face and saying..."Oh my god, smell this. It's amazing." Really good stuff.......just can't justify the price.
