eShave shaving creams feedback?
Hi all,

Thanked: 6Never used their brushes before, but their creams are really nice. They smell great and perform well.

Thanked: 16Tried the e-shave brush rather enjoyed it actually nice and stiff but not too much so although it is still pretty much brand new we'll see how it wears.... ridiculously huge handle on the thing though

Thanked: 17When I started, I bought a sample eShave pack with 8 assorted 1/4 oz shave creams and after shave creams.
I thought the shave creams produced a lather that was very slick with a decent amount of body. My favorite scent was the lavender. I also liked the floral and the white tea. Citrus was not especially pleasing for me.
Though these shave creams were a great step up from the cheap no-name puck of soap I started with, they did not really stand up against the Truefitt & Hill (1805) or the Geo F. Trumper's (Coconut Oil) shave creams that I use now.
The after shave creams didn't really do much for me. I have somewhat sensitive skin, and these were not the first creams to produce a slight burning sensation, but it is not a pleasant experience. I much prefer some witch hazel and the Prorasso Pre Shave Cream.

Thanked: 7No experience with their creams. However, after seeing how their shaving sets look like, I will stay away from anything they make. IMO they look so fugly and girly.

It's good to try different things. I have not tried Eshave...I'm always testing something for someone, sometimes their good, sometimes not...but the testing is fun...You'd be hard pressed to find one as good as T&H 1805, it remains one of my favs till this day...I was using T&H Key West Lime yesterday as a matter of fact, and thinking what a truly great shave cream it it, lather, scent, cushion...The whole nine yards...really. It's underrated imho....(The T&H line that is....)
We have assumed control !

I have tried the eShave sample pack also, not bad but I prefer soap, and the Mandarine SS and Avacado and Linden SS are in my top ten soaps. Really great performers. I have no expierience with thier brushes.

Thanked: 20I tried the cream. It's really nice stuff. I didn't care for the "white tea" scent however.
