I have a Prairie Creations Sandlewood that got me at first, but now it's fine, either I got used to it or the essential oils evaporated. Also Mama Bear Old Spice gets to me on occasion. Everybody's skin is different, maybe stay away from essential oils, they can be irritating.

I have had the same burning with Godrej Rich Foam, old spice lime, and some ToBS Sandalwood I just got in yesterday. I'm not too upset about the first 2, but that ToBS sandalwood smelled amazing, and I'm not quite over the fact that I won't be able to use it.

I'm wondering if there is some way to "burn" off the EO's in my tub of soap? I've never tried melting soap, I'm gonna search but if anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears, or eyes, in this case!

Sorry, but you're out of luck. EO's or FO's become an integral part of the soap, you can't just burn it off like it was an unwanted growth. Like some of the others suggested, you could try mixing it with other soaps/creams, which is in effect just diluting the offending product. If that fails you might as well sell/trade it in the classifieds or just throw it out. There is no use irritating the hell out of your skin, hoping that one day it will work out for you. There are far too many great products out there for you to try, at least a few of them should be a great match for you.

    Good luck.

As Alembic mentioned you could get an unscented soap and melt both of them together to dilute the EO.
