Thanked: 6Nancy Boy
A few weeks ago I ordered some NB bath soaps and ASB.
I recieved the soap and ASB (great stuff btw), they sent me a free travel size of their signature cream along with the order.
I'm mostly a soap guy. I have a couple of creams that I use occasionally, but soaps are my daily goto.
This stuff is pretty amazing. I rank it equal to the CF Lime and a few notches above the Trumper's Lime (the 2 creams I have).
I like it enough to add a full size tub to an already bloated lather locker.
Just wondering what other people's experiences are with this fine product.
Cheers,
Code

One of my favourite creams, always a regular part of my rotation.
I'm partial to the Mild Facial Cleanser as well.

Thanked: 335I think the Nancy Boy shaving cream is great stuff. It's in my rather bloated rotation of things shaving and while I think the minty/menthol fragrance is a bit much, the cream makes great foamy, slippery lather. I did email the company and suggested that perhaps in consideration of greater sensitivity and political correctness that the name could be changed to Nancy Person. I was told, "nope, uh uh."
So, PC or no, it's good stuff, or great if you only read the first paragraph.

Although, I'm not a fan of minty stuff, and Nancy Boy is kinda Minty, maybe that's not the best description, but it's a great cream. It really performs well.
We have assumed control !

Nancy Boy
Gentlemen:
I was in San Francisco last August and visited the Nancy Boy store. I was looking forward to meeting owner Eric, but he was not in.
I bought a tub of their signature cream, which I find quite good with lather, cushion and glide. I can do without the menthol-mint scent, though.
Although not quite Castle Forbes, in my humble estimation Nancy Boy hangs out with Taylor, Trumper and Truefitt & Hill, among other high-end shave creams.
Regards,
Obie

Mine just arrived, and I just used the shave cream for the first time. Wow! I'm usually not impressed on the first use of any cream and soap - normally due to having to figure out how much water to use. And I started with too little cream, but after adding more I'm here to say I am VERY impressed! I'll use it again tomorrow, then SMN to compare. My CF lime is almost empty (maybe enough for one more shave)...

NB cremes are amazing. I have two tubs (Signature and Replenishing). They both work absolutely wonders. Great lather and smells great too. I rank it very high up (amongst the best of the best)
*Beware: From what I have heard from others, this stuff can go bad soon. I refrigerate mine and I have not had problems with it...and it's been over a year.
