Default Combining two very different soaps. VDH and William'

Does anyone know if Van Der Hagen and William's Mug soap can be combined? Could I grate a Puck of William's and pour melted VDH over it and mix it in? Does that sound like a bad idea?

You're right. I just thought maybe someone would know if those two types of soaps couldn't get along for some physical reason.

I think the better question is "Why would you want to" ???

You can try a combo with them both by simply mixing them both on the brush and see how that works out...

I can tell you from experience that grating Williams and the re-pressing it into a lather cup will increase the speed and the quality of the lather all by itself... That trick works for most any milled soap -but- it also makes it go bye bye faster
