Thanked: 13246Excellent results here, I use it mostly as a mixer for Uberlathers, but the wife uses it for her legs solo...
Very skin friendly..

+1 great for ubers. As for straight I am not the biggest fan. Its a texture thing. It feels almost sticky.

Same here, I use it in my Uber lather recipe. One shot usually does the trick....
We have assumed control !

Unscented also works great as a mixer for other things that smell good, but might be lacking in other areas like slip. Good one to have on hand.

Hey dude, what you say? Kiss my what?
Actually they make a pretty big line of products. Places like Whole Foods carries their line. Some are good some not so good. I've used some of their bar soaps briefly. No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

Thanked: 4Tried some of this yesterday. My first change after a couple of weeks using D R Harris soap.
I was very pleased with the results. The pomegranate-grapefruit scent is bright and clean. The razor action was smoother, whereas with the Harris it had a tendency to stutter if I didn't get the water ratio just right. I'm certain there enough holes in my technique all around to account for the difference. But it may be that the KMF is more forgiving of this newbie's shortcomings
I will say that I seemed to feel the steel on my skin more keenly with the KMF so the Harris may be a little more protective, though I didn't experience any irritation or burn in any case. I think I'll try combining the two for my next shave. Pomagranate/Grapefruit with Almond... would that be Meusli?
Also my Wife tried the KMF on her legs and liked it a lot.Last edited by Nubo; 08-31-2012 at 04:07 PM.

Thanked: 4Well, this morning I tried mixing it up. Started by loading the brush with D R Harris almond soap. Then mixed in the bowl with just a few drops of water until it changed from a sticky paste to the beginnings of lather, then added a squirt of the KMF. Followed some of the other advice in the forum and built the lather being stingy with water and just adding a few drops at a time. Got a nice creamy, shiny, dense lather that was a pleasure to apply, and my best shave so far.
Now I see what you guys are raving about with "uberlather"!
