    I wish I could, I wish I could...

Look at it this way, Frankie, I've never really been an enabler for you so this could be a first... If you do go for the cream and want a split of the matching EdT, let me know because I plunked down for both...

That drydown was noticeable to me in the SC because I really took some time whipping it up and lathering to enjoy the cream and the scent. In the EdT, it's something to behold. I loved the dry down immensely and the EdT has tremendous longevity to boot!
Thanks Bill. I've read that it is also the same, or very, very similar to the same formulation used in DC shave cream. Since that one appears all but extinct I may just have to pluck down and get some of this.

Um...its 80 dollars? Surely that's the only bad thing about it! This is the best damn cream out there, in my opinion of course!

I picked up a tub of xpec scented during a black friday sale. Came out to about 60% off. I can't stand the smell. But, I'm not a fan of old man cologne scents. Performance wise it's fine, but I've only had one shave with it so far. Will not be buying this again and I have no idea why it costs $80 normally.

I think once you reach a certain price point the technical aspects of the preparation are the same. You pay for the name and the scent. I have Xpec and the lathering abilities are no better than Castle Forbes however the scent is in another class.

What do you like about the scent?

You know, it has that je ne se quois.

Scent is one of those things people react differently to. In this case I think most would say it's very fine stuff.
