Thread: Castle Forbes, A scent, and lather to talk about

My castle Forbes lime and lavender got here yesterday, I popped open the lime and let that scent envelop me. sweet jebus when i lathered that bad boy up the sent makes me want to beat anyone who uses disposable razors with a can of there shitty aerosols foam. I haven't tryed the Lavender yet but i'm expecting a few assault charges by the time i'm finished these creams. I'm not a violent person but most of my friends think i'm weird for using a straight.

Just think, if you tried Xpec or C&S you wouldn't want to assault but rather kill.

I love the CF shave creams. The Lavender is one of my favorite. In my case it mellows me out.

I use the suds from Castle Forbes creams as the basis to judge all the other soaps and creams out there....

Lime is my favorite. Smells so good you want to add meringue and pie crust and go to town...

I have never got the hype with this brand but can easily say that the Lime smells delicious! There are better ones out there, but I can see what the OP is enthusiastic about. There is so much excitement in this hobby that even after 6 or 7 years I am still looking forward to the morning shave!

As far as performance goes I've never seen anything better. In the scent department there are more refined ones out there but you real start to pay dearly for those qualities.

CF's are top of the line. They always please.

It's refreshing to see someone using and talking about the "good" stuff every once in a while.

Castle Forbes remains one of my favorite creams, along with Xpec.
