Thread: Musgo Real info

I have been reading good things about Musgo Real and would like to try the product. As far as shaving cream or soap, all I see is Shaving cream in a tube and a lime Glycerin face soap. What are you using to shave with and which one has the "classic scent?"

You're looking at it. That is the classic product. You will find new scents by Musgo Real but they will be marked with their respective scents on the label. Stick with the original. I love it.

I've been using the Lime Glycerin soap for some time, and like it so much that I make sure I always have a backup. Clean scent, slightly astringent. Makes we want to try the Shaving cream/soap.

The original cream is wonderful. When paired with the aftershave, your face is even sifter after the shave.

+1 to this. I use the Musgo real shave cream in the tube. The lanolin really comes through.

Also, It "Uber's" great with Mitchell's wool fat, add about 5 drops of glycerin for Gssixgun's
"Lanolin Overload"

I am another Musco fan chiming in, haven't tried the soap but the original cream lathers out of control and smells great... it also has more lubrication than I have seen in any other cream/soap (this is the lanolin I guess). I prefer soaps most of the time, but will always keep a few tubes of Musco as an alternative...

One more thumbs up from me for Musgo! I must admit, I haven't tried many other creams, but Musgo is the reason for that. After trying it, I really haven't had the urge to put that much effort into trying others. I use the Musgo Real orange amber, and on occasion, will Uber it up with MWF just for giggles. I was curious about their glyce preshave wash stuff, maybe on the next order. Besides, I'm Portuguese and it comes from Portugal, so it seems like a good fit!!
