It took me at least three or four tries to get that. I was originally getting what you describe, I just kept dipping my brush and it would get better each time I added water. Keep at it, it's a tricky cream/soap, but it's worth the hassle in the end.

I can send you my tub and see if you get any good results with it. I can't for the life of me, even using your method, get any real result worthy enough to risk a shave with.

Nice scents but I couldn´t make a decent lather.
