    Default Proraso

It's a rookie question. First time ever using this product after hearing so much good stuff about it. So my question is can I take the proraso shaving soup out of its green plastic container and place it in my shaving bowl? Or is it best to leave it in its plastic container ?

That's what I'm thinking or cut the side of the bowl with scissors. I guess I was just thinking it looks like its meant to stay in that plastic.

    Thanks Gooser

No reason you can't but I find it takes very little loaded on the tips of a brush to last a full three passes and then some... you may go through it a little faster!

i took about half out of the plastic tub , i figured after i used up the bowl i could try something else in the bowl and still have half a tub in the plastic to use as its own bowl

That's also what I'm afraid of. Looks like a little of experimenting needs to take place

The good thing about the Proraso tub is that it makes a great travel soap.

A bit off topic but Proraso is the best shaving cream that I've tried so far hands down! Ymmv.
