Today was a session of sprinty things on the treadmill i covered out 8k in around 50min.
Later on ill do max reps of bodyweight exercises

Upped weight for both rows
Dead lift 150, 160, 170, 180, x 5
Standing bent over barbell rows 75 x8 x4
Bench bent over db rows 37.5 x8 x4
Narrow grip pull down 50 x 8 x4 done at double speed(sets not reps)
Made reps on deads no problems.
Rode to work yesterday - 34 miles.
A night ride tonight of 34km. Was a bit chilly but the pace ensured some warmth.
Was on the weights today some seated rows. Lat pull downs. Dumbbell rows bicep curls and hammer curls, then tonight a bodyweight circuit of pushups pullups sittups and squats.
I should have been on an hour long run as well but my legs were feeling yesterdays session a bit much so I have rescheduled my run for later in the week.

Wednesday's Cardio: 5 mile trail run with 5 x 1 minute fartleks
Tuesday's Strength Training:
squat jumps 10
burpees 10
step ups 2 x10
forward lunges 10
reverse lunges 10
dumbbell squats 2 x10
bridges 3 x30 secs
situps 20
exercize ball crunches 2x20
standing calf raises 2 x20
Intervals at the stadium stairs yesterday, pick a section then full sprint up the lower and upper bowl of that section. try not to puke, repeat for 30 minutes.
After a few drinks last night and watching The Barkley Marathons, a few of us created a 50 miler that we are going to run next month here in the river valley. Sometimes you get drunk and start an ultra marathon, sometimes you get drunk and end up putting on an MMA promotion, and sometimes you get drunk and just end up spilling pho all over yourself.
Yesterday was a sprint session on the treadmill.
Today was chest and arms with the weights.
