I have been doing constant strength training for about 15 months now so I have had a good run. Doing the maths most exercises I will actually be moving more weight by volume and I will try to at least match on those that are still lighter like lat raises. Went well today and although still there shoulder wasn't such an issue. Hopefully will give me a chance to get my shoulder and grip strength up before the weight gets back up again.
