Parkrun this morning.
I did plan on taking it easy but that didn't happen. Ended up with my second best time.
Saturday's strength training:
Squat jumps 2x10
Jump rope 2x30 seconds
Pushups 25
Alternate side lunges 2x10
Burpees 10
Rear lunges 2x10
Dumbbell squats 2x10 w/two second pause
Bird dogs 2x10
This morning's 20km trail run turned out to be slightly over 21km. A value for money race again! :)
Still managed to break 2 hours.
2 hour walk today, in 2 sessions. :)
It's been a rainy weekend so I ran on the road today. I went out to the state park and ran 7.4 miles. I didn't feel so great until halfway through, then started running pretty strong.
