Make sure your vit. D levels are OK. A lack of vit. D is even commoner than lack of calcium as there are fewer sources of vit D in our food than calcium.

2000 mg of Ca++ and 2000 IU of vit D I hope and not 2000 mcg unless you were very deficient when you started taking them.

I've had my best luck with the different colored elastic resistance stretch bands/tubing. Follow all rehab to the letter and I supplement with the tubing. Be creative with ways to push/pull/twist while relaxing or what ever. Starting off easy was the hardest part. Pushed too hard a couple times and lost a week or two with recovery time. My best advice is to rehab your brains out and then rehab some more with out wrecking yourself.
