Thread: Any Hockey Fans Out There????

I didn't even watch the game except the end of the pregame commentary and the first few minutes. It was a very long day and I was just not in the mood for that circus sideshow atmosphere there in Vegas. Man! I will never go to that place. If that's thing theore power to you but I can't stand it.
Remember, I am not a Panthers fan. In fact, exactly the opposite but them being the representative for the east and the state of Florida I was pulling for them. Disappointing I guess. Normally I would be pulling for their opponent but... necessity and sporting events make strange bedfellows...
They are not out of it yet though. They beat Boston who was a much better team this year than Vegas ever will be.

You mean like being a Buffalo Bills fan losing in the playoffs....Then you root for the Jets cuz their in the same state...lol.

I just hope it’s an entertaining game ....

Being out scored ..something like 12-5 ...Florida has some work to do.

If Cassidy wins a Cup...Aftah getting fired from the Bruins...our Sports Channels will hold no punches back ,while bashing the Bruins for that move. There are little tremors of it starting now ,on the air waves...lol

That's exactly what it is. I don't know what their deal is. I'm really surprised they fell apart the first 2. I don't think Vegas beat them so much as they beat themselves. I know you think you're bad boys but ya gotta stay out of the box. Even though VGK has about the worst PP in the league they are bound to get some of you go to the box enough. It's not like you're the Lightning. They scored so much short handed in '20 teams were probably ready to forfeit the power play.

I swear I don't think Florida wants to win. They look trigger shy now. Plus they can't stay out of the dad blame box! Part of it is the refs are calling them heavy but when you cultivate that bad boy persona you harvest that bad boy reputation.
