    DUH! Why didn't I think of that???

    Funny thing is, I have been a climber for 21 years (well, lately I've been more of a take care of a baby, get out of shape and go to work kinda guy). I have a **few** old 'biners around.

    That's exactly what I am going to do.

    I ship my strops with a leather thong so that it can either hung on a door knob or looped around a towel rack. I too have no realistic place to hang a strop ring without incurring the wrath of SWMBO, so I used a leather thong to wrap around a towel rack through a large snap ring. It works great.
