This all looks unusable to me, even after the explanations. Purchase something from the Tony Miller collection, everyone raves about the quality. Or get yourself some scrap leather and glue it onto a board that you have flattened. This option is very inexpensive and gives you huge flexibility in sizes, draws, etc, all based on what you can scrounge up locally. Also, look at the ChrisL post for the worlds cheapest 30,000 hone. Could be done with other types of wood, I would imagine. I’ll be giving it a try.

Thanked: 39Ok thanks..I'm bot very interested in using pastes I only want it to use as a regular strop but just something more handy than the hanging strop. But thanks anyway..
