Thread: Elbow Hurts from Stropping

As has been said, it probably is a case of squeezing too hard and 'trying too hard'. Just relax, because it really shouldn't hurt.
Also, at what height do you have your strop? I use my strop hanging at just a bit above hip height. The higher it is, the more strenuous stropping gets for me.
