    A pal of mine (a prominent builder) has a Nagasawa. I have watched videos of Nagasawa brazing his frames. I braze mine too. My first adult bicycles were Cannondales (long time ago). Now I must ride.

    Thanks for sharing the entire story Pete. You have had a once in a lifetime opportunity to not only acquire one of the finest strops in the world but meet the master craftsman in person as a part of that opportunity. Enjoy that sweet strop. The finish that Kanoyama puts on that leather is just amazing.
