They ar older fellows and sometimes a bit slow but whether they or help the product does go out.
I like their products as value for the money they charge.

Slow....I get the impression they are a "weekend operation". Not a bad strop....though a Miller it ain't.

Thanked: 458that would be my assessment - a decent strop that can get you shaving whereas a lot of $20 stuff on the interwebs is just garbage (hard with wrinkles and damaging). I've never used a miller strop, but the star strops I have can't touch broken in horse butt of my own make (which is literally just finding a good butt strip, cutting it and then breaking it in by use).
However, I couldn't rightly say that there is any problem with what star makes for the price. It's a solid value in beginner strops, and maybe more if you like the high draw soft leather stuff (I don't).
