There is a reason for this: several years back I purchased one of Neil's goat ass strops. I think it was a limited run and didn't really take off commercially. I would describe the draw as somewhere between stink and stank.

    Default Goat Ass Strop
It has the stamp but it does not have Neil Millers signature plaid backing on goat ass. What does that mean? Again, it is a Neil Miller Goat Ass strop with it authentic stamp, but does not have the plaid back that goat ass Neil Miller is famous for. It is just paisley in color. Does anyone know why?
!! Enjoy the exquisite taste sharpening sharpening taste exquisite smooth. Please taste the taste enough to ride cutlery.

It's a Gentleman's site Tom. Plus the era of the circular strop is over as most of those few who used one migrated to the Lipshaw Microtomes.

The genuine Neil Miller GA strop has a shiny dime, retrieved directly from the goat, soldered onto the hanger. Accept no substitutes.
