    I had a few scratches in my strops from a rough edge on the spine of one of my razors. I just out them on a flat work top and rubbed them down with sandpaper. Came out fine.

    Would never use sandpaper on a strop for fear that some of it may get imbeded in the leather.

    just use it the scratches will eventually vanish with use If it is very dry put a few drops of neetsfoot on it no probs!
