    You'll know when you've stropped too much.. you'll lose focus and your strop will get a nice little (or big) slice in it. Other then that practice away!

    Yeah...it's the only non-vintage strop I have. I like the felt strop for use after I shave to dry the edge off real good....otherwise I seldom use it.

    I stropped a razor 3000 times over the course of a week, just as an experiment. When I shaved with it, it felt completely normal. All the extra stropping did not harm the blade..but did not make it any better either.
