I pulled the pin on the center door hinge up a bit and hang from there. Gives me little positive slop.

I like mine even with my waist. Sometimes I raise the end of the strop and sometimes I lower it and I have no particular reason for doing that.

Pinned mine to the center hinge on the door as well.
Previously I mounted a hook under the edge of the countertop, but didn't like the negative slope.

Thanked: 3215Door knob, 18 inches of para-cord looped around the strop hook or ring and the doorknob with the door open, right at elbow/waist level.

Hanging on the back of my bathroom door....for convenient progressive stropping of course.

Waist level for me too. I tried increased and decreased angles, but in the end just preferred the simplicity of a straight strop.

Thanked: 154I keep my strop stored in the top drawer of a chest of drawers. A short lanyard with a large knot at the free end is attached to the strop's clip so that the strop is secured when the drawer is closed on the lanyard. That puts the strop at shoulder height for me. It's worked well that way for several years.

Right about the center of my gut... slightly below the sternum. I'd prefer a little bit higher .. I have to get around to doing it.

I mount mine on a hook underneath my counter top, like Lynn shows in his videos. Slightly below waist height, with an upward angle.

I wear bifocals, so I like to hang my strop from a hook I throw over the top of any door. Keeps my head high and neck is relaxed.
