Yeah, that one on our BST is one sexy strop, no doubt! I've had all the different handle options on different strops: d-rings, shaped leather handle, and just the flat end of the strop itself on some of my vintage ones. They all work just fine, but the handles/d-rings do allow for a more secure, relaxed grip IME.

that strop that Prodigy has listed is a sexy strop, at Charlies last year he had to post a guard on it full time, I would have let it fall in my bag in a heartbeat, and I have no handles on any of my strops, I like the barber ends myself TC
