Default What is .25 diamond spray liquid?

As I was looking through some stuff today I found and old bottle of .25 micron spray.

The trouble is that it is dry. You can see the diamonds left in the bottom.

I would like to reconstitute it but don't know what kind of liquid would be the best.

    Any thoughts?

    Alcohol?
You want the mixture to be thin enough to spray. I use on a linen strop every two or three years.

They all seem to be alcohol based but never say the other ingredients.
Alcohol is not a great carrier as it doesn't suspend anything in itself - its too thin.
Oil is not wanted. Perhaps glycerin or glycol, I don't know. I think they would both leave a residue.
You could try alcohol alone but shake well and immediately spray or you won't get any diamond out.
Need a chemist to chime in.
    Just found this,

I just went ALL the way upstairs to sniff mine

I think it is simple Distilled Water, I get no hint of Alcohol,

You might try a mixture of Water and a tiny bit of Alcohol as a drying agent

We used that for years as a spray cleaner for Vinyl as DJ's 3/4 Water 1/4 Alcohol
