I've had several people tell me their information says it's manufactured by the manufacturers of Illinois strops. And I'm using one at the moment (slightly larger model). It's an excellent strop, and mine came from that seller. I can't comment on the leathers quality vs the Filly (as I don't have a Filly). But it's wider and includes a canvas strop. The Filly is a little cheaper, a little smaller and includes a Chrox side instead of canvas. I think both are excellent options.
Which strops could you compare it to? Thanks, I'm currently researching my next strop

Zeepk strop that didn't like getting shoved into my backpack (not the highest standard to compare against I know). A couple paddle strops I've got, unknown makers. A convex grind (B River maybe?) and several tri-hone strop pieces. The only one that appeared to be higher quality was the TI looking paddle, sadly it has a gash out of it (and is only 1" wide).

I'll get you some snaps of the strop if I can find time tomorrow. Bismarks don't have many good pictures online (I looked for some when I was considering buying it).

The only bad thing I can say is that the canvas has some fraying on the edge (they cut it from a sheet of canvas and didn't singe the edges).
