So, it's that time of the year again, Time to add a new strop to my rotation (Strops seem to be the AD I've settled on... Somewhat more affordable than razors, thank God) I was planning on going with the Premium II, but that isn't available anymore...

Now I'm trying to pick between the Premium I, described as a medium strength, "elegant" draw (medium as in between Horsehide, and Latigo) and the Premium III has a VERY heavy draw (I am fond of heavy[er] draws, but never tried a superheavy...)

Also, Maybe the SRD Black Latigo... But I already have a TM Red Latigo, so I was avoiding the Latigos for now...

If it helps at all, my current strop collection is a Tony Miller Red Latigo and Linen (The linen is in the mail), a TM Horsehide and Nylon, an SRD Bridle and Webbed Fabric, and a hybrid TM Wool Felt/SRD Webbed Fabric (Respectively Diamond sprayed, and crox'ed. This is my touchup/post honing strop).

Also, I'm thinking of putting Herringbone Weave on the new SRD one... Since I already have both a TM webbed fabric, and an SRD webbed fabric... Is the Herringbone Weave (to those of you who have used it) similar to Linen, IE rough and lightly abrasive, or is it more akin to cotton, and just a smooth jack-of-all-trades.

Thanks, guys!

Cheers,
Jeremy
